Shipping & Turnaround Time

We offer free local pickup from Keswick, Ontario. You can select pickup at checkout, and an email will be sent with pickup instructions. 

Our turnaround time typically is 3-5 business days (not including shipping). If you have a special event that you need your order quickly, please reach out prior to placing your online order. 

If you select flat-rate shipping, your order will be shipped via Canada Post. US orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. PO box address' can only be shipped via Canada Post. 

You will receive an email with tracking information following the completion of your online order. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folders.

Typical Shipping time: 

Canada Post: 3-12 business days

UPS/Purolator: 1-4 business days

International: 2-4 weeks

We are not responsible for delays in delivery. Please keep in mind there is absolutely nothing we can do to get your package to you faster after we have left it in the hands of the courier company. If you have a tracking number, please check this prior to reaching out. 

We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. 

We are not responsible for any customs & import taxes charged to customers when shipping to countries outside of Canada. 

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, it is not guaranteed. 

 

Shipping Rates: 

Instead of automatic calculated shipping rates, we have decided to charge a flat shipping rate to reduce the amount you have to pay at checkout.
